Advance Payment Policy

At SPAZIO, we strive to provide exceptional service and quality products. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have implemented the following advance payment policy for orders exceeding 15000 pkr.

1. Advance Payment Requirement: For any order amounting to 15,000 pkr or more, a non-refundable advance payment of 10% of the total order value is required.

2. Payment Process: The advance payment must be received and confirmed before the order is processed. 

3. Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due as Cash On Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery.

4. Order Confirmation: Once the advance payment is received, you will receive a confirmation of your order along with an estimated delivery timeline.
